  They run out of food at mid lunch rush hour!
  Only two people helping the line at lunch rush hour? The store needs better management. The only good thing at Panda franchise is they have good product. The service gets no stars.

  I drove 20 mins and sat in construction - driving specifically to this Panda Express because online it says they're open until 10:30. I parked, jumped out of my car and walked around the building to see the "open" sign on, but chairs on the tables and employees cleaning up.
  
  I looked at my phone (which gives accurate time) and saw that it was 10:25. I open the unlocked door to see an employee filling up his drink cup and I politely ask "are you OFFICIALLY closed?" To which he doesn't even look at me but instead continues to refill his drink and say, "yeah, we're closed."
  
  What a bummer. I'm an understanding person, and have worked in the food industry before so I get it - they want to wrap up and go home. But not close and turn away customers when the clock was 5 mins from closing time.
  
  I didn't ask to make fresh food, rather I would have taken whatever was still available because I acknowledge I showed up very soon before closing. I wasn't asking to eat in the dining room - I just wanted Chinese food.
  
  Had anybody been remotely kind about it and say, "hey, we're basically out of food so we ended early - I'm sorry" I wouldn't be writing this right now.
  
  Hopefully management has changed since the comments I just read on YELP about this store and finding hair in their food.
  
  I just recently moved and this Panda is the closest to my house, but I will drive the extra time and distance not to walk away upset.
